Biography

Theodore A. Lund has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1990 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and in the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Ted represents clients in a variety of business and corporate matters including technology licensing, debt and equity financing, contract negotiations with suppliers and customers, mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, and regulatory compliance. He brings his expertise to the firm's Business, Corporate and Securities Group. Ted also has broad litigation experience involving complex commercial, corporate and partnership disputes and employment, insurance, and tort matters. He received his B.A. from Bowdoin College (1985) and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law (1990). Ted lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife Norah, and their two children.
