Biography

Theodore “Theo” Carrum, a native Houstonian, joined Germer’s Houston office as an attorney in 2025. Theo graduated from the University of St. Thomas, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Philosophy. Theo then earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2019 where he received an Academic Merit Scholarship and the CALI Award in Professional Responsibility.

Before joining Germer, Theo gained experience in matters of civil litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, and personal injury from his representation of various insurance, maritime, and energy companies. While at the University of St. Thomas, Theo was a valued member of his school’s rugby team and brings that same collaborative mindset to Germer.

Theo practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury defense, premises liability, and transportation.
