Over the course of his career, Mr. Filippatos has worked tirelessly to defend employee rights in the workplace. Prior Experience

Before joining Filippatos PLLC, Mr. Filippatos worked at other employment law firms, where he focused on both plaintiff’s rights and employment defense.

Additionally, Mr. Filippatos worked as a student attorney at Fordham University’s Criminal Defense Clinic where, under a student practice order, he represented underserved clients in New York criminal court, in matters ranging from arraignment to post-conviction. Prior to law school, Mr. Filippatos worked as a paralegal at an internationally-recognized immigration law firm.

When not practicing law, Theodore enjoys traveling, hiking, weightlifting, watching sports, and spending time with his friends, family, and puppy, Brady.
