Biography

Theodore J. Finn "Ted" was raised in Longmont, Colorado, attended Niwot High School locally and then graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Political Science. Ted then attended the Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton Ted was a member of the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review. Ted earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003 graduating, cum laude.

Ted has since been actively practicing in Longmont and throughout northern Colorado. Ted's practice historically involved defense of large and small employers regarding all types of labor and commercial liability issues. Ted's experience includes counseling businesses regarding wage and hour issues, handbook formation and immigration. Ted has even been retained by other attorney's to provide legal advice and counseling regarding employment matters. Ted's defense practice also included the defense of individuals and corporations regarding liability relating to personal injury claims. With his experience, Ted has defended numerous individuals and mid-size corporate defendants.

Ted's practice is currently grounded in family/divorce law and personal injury prosecution. Ted understands these cases are some of the most important and difficult cases we handle. Ted's experience in the intricacies of litigation is matched by his understanding of the unavoidable emotional component of these cases. Ted's goal is to ensure his clients have a clear understanding of the law, their options, and the likely results of the decisions they make.
