Ted primarily focuses his practice on representing Japanese businesses, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals regarding legal issues in the U.S. He also utilizes his extensive cross-border transactional experience to assist Japanese clients regarding their business operations in Canada, China, England, France, Mexico, the Philippines, and Thailand.

In addition, Ted often serves as general business counsel in both day-to-day legal matters and strategic transactions for his clients. He has experience counseling clients on immigration law, including visa applications for executives and managers of multi-national corporations.
