Theodore Spaulding

Attorney Theodore Spaulding received his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors fraternity and his law school education at Georgia State College of Law. Attorney Spaulding clerked for the Honorable Judge Rowland Barnes, Fulton County Superior Court and has worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and practices in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Attorney Theodore Spaulding is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Crime Victims Advocacy Council, a non-profit organization in Atlanta, Georgia helping victims of violent crime and is active in his Church. He lives in Cumming, Georgia with his wife who is a family law and real estate attorney and their twin sons Andrew and Austin.
