Mr. Karatinos focuses his practice on personal injury and insurance law litigation. He has achieved favorable, reported appellate decisions in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, and Florida’s Second and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In addition to his courtroom work, Mr. Karatinos has published nationally in Barrister Magazine, The Young Lawyer, The Federal Lawyer, and The Florida Bar Journal. Since 2002, he has taught Federal Civil Pretrial Practice at Stetson University College of Law.
