Biography

Theresa Ann Ginsberg is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office. She primarily focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis in community association law and construction litigation, including defense of construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ms. Ginsberg earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Subsequently, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law.

Before becoming an attorney and while in law in school, Ms. Ginsberg worked in banking for 12 years. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, she practiced in the area of tax law.
