Biography

Teri Bowley is a real estate attorney focusing on acquisitions and development, land use and entitlements, and commercial and industrial leasing. She has experience in all phases of real estate development, including land acquisition financing, due diligence regarding permit approvals, compliance with applicable regulations, engineering design matters for redevelopment and construction, and code enforcement.

Given her experience in government and the private sector, Teri understands the business of real estate. She assists clients with complex real estate purchase and sale transactions, including letters of intent, title review, objections, and closing documents. She also handles real estate acquisitions, annexation, land use, zoning, and development-related entitlements for landowners and developers.

Teri works with clients to pursue government entitlements related to infrastructure concurrency matters, capacity agreements, and mitigation strategies. She also has litigation experience before the State of Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).
