Biography

Tom has been a very active and respected member of the Iowa State Bar Association, having served as chair of the Committee on Professional Responsibility and the Ethics Committee. He was also appointed Special Master by the Iowa Supreme Court to study attorney advertising. Tom is a frequent local, state and national lecturer in the area of trial practice and has authored articles on health law, medical practice and trial practice. Tom concentrates in the area of trial law and has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas.
