Biography

Thomas A. Grossi is an attorney at Weinberger Divorce and Family Law Group, LLC. Mr. Grossi’s experience and skill has led him to exclusively focus his practice on matrimonial and family law matters. Mr. Grossi is highly skilled in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoptions, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, and all other related family matters.

Mr. Grossi’s passion for family law is fueled by his desire to help individuals going through one of the most emotionally difficult and legally taxing times of their lives. Mr. Grossi listens carefully to his clients’ needs and helps them form actionable goals which assists them in moving on to their next chapter in life with emotional, psychological and financial wholeness.

Mr. Grossi will always pursue low conflict settlement methods such as mediation, if it his client’s bests interests and is a staunch and skilled litigator, should the need arise.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Grossi served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Angela White Dalton, J.S.C. in Monmouth County, Family Part where he assisted Judge Dalton with all domestic violence matters, pre- and post-judgment motions and case management of di-vorce proceedings. He previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael R. Casale, in Essex County, Family Part and the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan in Federal Court for the District of New Jersey. The family law clerkship and externships provided him with a unique perspective into the inner workings of the Court system as well as an advanced knowledge of court procedures which are invaluable to his clients when they go to court.

Mr. Grossi received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Amherst College. He was a member of the Amherst varsity football team all four years of college.
