Biography

Thomas A. Lambert is a former cable engineer and union organizer. He has a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations in addition to his law degree. He began his legal career with our firm in 1991, became a partner in another firm and rejoined Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. in 2001.

Tom currently manages the New York City Workers’ Compensation division. He is currently a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Injured Workers Alliance.

Tom has also served as a Trustee for the Village of the Branch for two terms, he was Town Leader for the Smithtown Democratic Party for seven years and he was a candidate for the New York State Senate.

He is also a twenty five year member of the Ancient Order of Hiberniams, serves on the AOH State Board and has served as Division President for over four years.
