Thomas A. Roberto is a Partner with the firm, focusing his practice exclusively in the area of family law. Tom represents clients in all aspects of family law matters, involving issues of parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Tom handles all stages of family law litigation, including trials, appeals and emergent applications, as well as pre and post judgment applications.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Tom is a member of the Family Law Section Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He previously served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Subcommittee of the Family Law Section. Tom is also an associate editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the Family Law Section. He has lectured on numerous family law topics for NJICLE and other professional organizations.
Tom received his B.A. from The College of New Jersey and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law with honors. He served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.
