Thomas Dillard is a distinguished attorney who received his B.S. in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, and his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Utah in 1994 and 1997, respectively. Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1997, he has since become a shareholder in the firm. His primary focus is on civil rights defense, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 cases, including alleged police misconduct, due process claims, and municipal liability. Thomas is actively involved with the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee, serving as an arbitrator and mediator. His admissions include the United States District Court of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He brings extensive appellate experience, having practiced before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
