Biography

Mr. Herman served as First Deputy Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (1983-1987) and Managing Director of BRG&G International Strategies in Boston. He is currently: member of the Boston Landmarks Commission; the Massachusetts Treasurer's Online Gaming Task Force; President of the Pembroke College (Oxford) Foundation, Inc.; Secretary the Hemingway (Finca Vigia) Preservation Foundation. He was formerly Vice-Chair of the World Affairs Council of Boston and Deputy National Issues Director for the 1988 Dukakis for President campaign.
