Tom Maciejewski brings a unique and highly analytical perspective to the litigation team at Stone & Sallus. Focusing on business and real estate disputes, Tom’s path to the law was anything but conventional. After graduating from UCLA School of Law, he cut his teeth at a South Bay firm handling complex matters like land use, civil rights, and environmental law. He even spent time as a solo practitioner, which gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face in employment and general litigation. What really sets Tom apart is his background in Economics and Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania. Whether he was mapping regional dialects for the Phonological Atlas of North America or spending eight summers as an arcade attendant in his native Northeastern Pennsylvania, Tom developed a keen eye for detail and a knack for understanding how people communicate—skills that are invaluable in a courtroom. Today, he uses that diverse experience to provide his clients with strategic, well-rounded representation. When he isn’t dissecting a case, Tom is usually enjoying life with his wife and two daughters. He’s a knowledgeable advocate who knows that winning a case requires both a sharp mind and a practical, real-world understanding of his clients' needs.
