Thomas E. Peisch

Mr. Peisch is an accomplished trial lawyer whose civil practice is concentrated in commercial and tort litigation, including professional malpractice, product liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes. He also has considerable experience advising clients as to state and federal regulatory legal issues. A former prosecutor, Mr. Peisch practices in the area of white collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts. He has also served as a mediator and court-appointed discovery master.

Mr. Peisch was selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" every year since 2004 and as one of the "Top 100 Massachusetts Lawyers" in 2007-2009 and 2014-2016 by the publishers of Boston Magazine. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
