Thomas Scully, Esq. has devoted the past 25 years of his professional career to helping injured workers collect the full benefits they deserve. Admitted to the Florida bar in 1997, he is a renowned specialist in work injury claims.

Professional Highlights

Thomas Scully received his undergraduate degree from the University of Albany and his J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law. He worked as a trial and appellate attorney for major Florida workers’ compensation carriers and successfully argued numerous cases before the 1st District Court of Appeals. Mr. Scully is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, which strives to improve trial abilities in workers’ compensation cases.

Mr. Scully has spoken extensively at seminars throughout Florida on worker’s compensation issues, sharing his knowledge and decades of real-world expertise. He loves coming to work at the Berlin Law Firm each day and takes great pride in fighting for the rights of injured employees. He strives to provide the best legal guidance to clients throughout Tampa, Sarasota and the state of Florida.

Married with three children, Attorney Thomas Scully enjoys travel, hiking, and spending time with family during his spare time. He sits on the Board of Directors for Be Tri For Us, a non-profit that promotes the inclusion of differently-abled persons in triathlons and other sporting events in which he often participates.
