Biography

Thomas F. Flynn, III, is the founding shareholder of Flynn & Associates, P.C. He is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New Jersey Bar with more than 34 years of litigation experience in both civil and criminal law, representing those injured in complex personal injury cases including motor vehicle / trucking collisions; traumatic brain injuries; premise liability; medical malpractice; products liability; professional malpractice including engineering, architectural and legal; construction workplace injuries and workers compensation job injuries and representing healthcare providers in various managed care disputes with insurance carriers.

A native of South Jersey, Mr. Flynn attended high school at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken NJ and he began his legal education as an honors graduate from LaSalle University Philadelphia, PA and went on to graduate from Widener University Law School in 1982 where he was a Board Officer of the Moot Court Honor Society (Runner-up in Moot Court Competition,1980) and a Member writer for the Delaware Law Forum. Since law school he has spent years sharpening his litigation and negotiation skills. Mr. Flynn also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous trials, mediations and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial victories for his clients. Whenever possible, Mr. Flynn seeks to spare his clients the expense and hardships of litigation. However, he is well-prepared to fight for them when necessary.

Mr. Flynn is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
