Thomas J. Diehl

Thomas J. Diehl, a Centerville, Ohio native, graduated from Centerville High School in 1981. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University in 1985 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1988. Licensed by the Ohio Supreme Court and Federal District Court since 1988, Mr. Diehl has maintained a private practice in Lebanon, Ohio, since 1989. Specializing in personal injury law, he has represented over 3,000 clients in motor vehicle accident cases, recovering more than $50 million in damages. With over 30 years of experience, he has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, including high-profile cases featured on 20/20 and NPR. His published cases include Bemmes v. Public Employee Retirement Board and Willis v. Gall. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Diehl served as an acting judge in Warren County Court. He is active in professional organizations, including the Ohio Association of Justice and the Warren County Bar Association, where he held leadership roles. Recognized as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, Mr. Diehl has also been named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
