Biography

Tom has distinguished himself in the representation of individuals, corporations, and institutions in both civil and criminal matters. In addition to the defense of civil rights and medical malpractice cases to which Tom devotes the majority of his time, he also has handled significant insurance coverage disputes. He also practices in the area of labor relations. Tom has participated in several celebrated civil and criminal trials, including the Attica cases. A graduate of Fordham University and Albany Law School of Union University, he is a lifelong Capital District resident and a past President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. He has been invited to appear at many legal and professional seminars, including Federal Civil Litigation in New York and Medicine in the Courtroom. Tom was selected by Super Lawyers magazine as one the top lawyers in Upstate New York.
