Biography

Thomas J. Schlegel is a shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking Groups. Mr. Schlegel’s practice includes land use, development and zoning, the sale, purchase and leasing of real estate, business and commercial law including financing, contracts, and shareholder dispute resolution, banking law including front-end loan documentation and back-end workout, intellectual property law including trademarks and copyrights, Pennsylvania oil and gas law, and Pennsylvania liquor law.

Mr. Schlegel endeavors to provide his clients with practical, business-oriented solutions. He enjoys the relationships that he has built with clients throughout his career, many of whom he now counts as close friends. In his personal life, Mr. Schlegel is a dedicated husband and father of two. He enjoys coaching his son’s teams in baseball, football and wrestling, getting dance and gymnastics lessons from his daughter, and when time permits, playing golf.

Mr. Schlegel was raised is Moore Township and attended Northampton Area School District. He is forever proud to have been a Konkrete Kid.
