Tom DuRoss is a vital part of the team at Stone & Sallus, where he brings a wealth of experience to probate, estate planning, and trust litigation. He has been practicing law since 2011, and before joining our firm, he ran a family-owned practice in Manhattan Beach. That background gave him a unique, personal perspective on the legal issues families face every day. He also sharpened his litigation skills at some of Southern California’s premier boutique firms, so he knows exactly how to handle high-stakes disputes in the courtroom. Tom’s journey started in Los Angeles, though he spent his school years in Plano, Texas. He studied Philosophy and Spanish at Santa Clara University before returning home to attend Southwestern Law School on a merit scholarship. His commitment to service started early; he even spent time in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps tutoring students in Watts. Today, when he isn't navigating complex estate matters or fighting for his clients' interests, he is likely spending quality time with his wife and young daughters. Tom isn't just a lawyer who knows the statutes; he is a dedicated advocate who understands the human side of the law and works tirelessly to protect what matters most to the families he serves.
