Biography

Thomas M. Grove joined the firm as an associate in 2016 and represents physicians, hospitals, medical facilities, and other health care providers in malpractice actions. His practice is focused on litigation, with an emphasis on case development, fact investigation, depositions, legal research, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Thomas was an associate at a firm in Westchester County where he represented defendants in medical malpractice actions. He also worked for a boutique plaintiff’s firm focusing on Labor Law and other civil matters.

During law school, Thomas wrote frequently on sports law topics, with his publications being featured in the New York State Bar Association Entertainment and Sports Law Journal and New York State Bar Association the Senior Lawyer. He was awarded the Pro Bono Justice Award for Extraordinary Pro Bono Service after interning with a local Justice Court.
