Biography

Thomas M. McKinley has been an associate attorney with Ketchel Law since March of 2015. During that time, Attorney McKinley has successfully litigated a number of criminal matters. He has represented hundreds of clients and has handled a wide variety of criminal cases, including trying both jury and non-jury trials to successful not guilty verdicts.

Attorney McKinley is a Pittsburgh native and has lived in the Pittsburgh area for all of his life. He received his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining Ketchel Law, Attorney McKinley worked as a certified legal intern at Neighborhood Legal Services Association where he also represented hundreds of clients in Court.

Attorney McKinley is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the United States Western District Court of Pennsylvania.
