Biography

Thomas M. Joachim's practice focuses in the areas of criminal and family law. When he joined Applebaum & Associates, he brought with him several years of trial experience as a former Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County. He graduated from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of Temple's nationally acclaimed trial team program. As part of the trial team, his excellent trial abilities were recognized by distinguished organizations including the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American College of Trial Lawyers. When he served as Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County from 2003-2006, he concentrated in the prosecution of child abuse and sex abuse cases.

In addition to his law degree, Mr. Joachim holds a bachelor 's degree in political science from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of his church congregation where he acts as a youth leader. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cooking, and reading.
