Thomas Michael Joachim

Tom Joachim is a trial lawyer through and through. Before joining what is now Applebaum Joachim Law Group, Tom spent years in the trenches as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County. During his time as a prosecutor, he focused on some of the most challenging and sensitive cases imaginable, specifically child and sex abuse prosecutions. This experience gave him an incredible foundation in the courtroom and a deep understanding of how the "other side" builds its cases. His talent for litigation was evident early on at Temple University’s prestigious trial team program, where his skills earned him national recognition and awards from groups like the American College of Trial Lawyers. Today, Tom applies that same intensity and precision to criminal and family law. He knows that whether you are facing a criminal charge or a difficult family transition, you need an advocate who isn't afraid of a fight. Outside the office, Tom is a dedicated family man and an active youth leader in his church.
