Thomas O. Perry

Thomas O. Perry is a partner whose practice focuses on litigation in a broad range of civil matters. He is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates, a national organization of elite civil trial attorneys. He has successfully tried over one hundred cases before a jury. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Perry defends hospitals and emergency physicians in professional negligence matters throughout Northern California. Mr. Perry also represents and counsels hospitals and physicians in medical staff privileges proceedings and professional licensing and discipline hearings. Mr. Perry’s other primary area of practice is in employment law, defending employers against allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Mr. Perry’s broad background in litigation includes breach of contract cases, accidents of every description, product liability cases, and the defense of public entities: cities, counties and special districts.
