Biography

Tom Lynch represents construction clients, including owners, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors on private and public construction projects. In addition to his construction practice, Tom represents government contracts clients in claims against the government and bid protests. He also represents clients in commercial real estate litigation in federal and state courts.

In 2020 and 2023, Tom was named to Best Lawyers- District of Columbia in the area of construction law. Tom was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of construction litigation from 2014-2017. Tom is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and practiced at an AM Law 200 firm for 14 years before joining Asmar Schor.
