Thomas P. Quinn, Jr. (Partner) - Mr. Quinn received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1987. Mr. Quinn is rated as an AV Preeminent Rated lawyer by the Martindale-Hubbell peer rating service. Mr. Quinn practice includes both litigation and transactional work. His litigation practice focuses on construction litigation (including contract and defect cases), personal injury, real estate litigation including broker liability, insurance litigation and commercial litigation, including litigation under the California Consumer Credit Act, the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as under the Uniform Commercial Code. He frequently appears in both the California State and Federal Courts. His practice includes matters all over the state of California. His transactional practice includes formation of businesses, as well as contract drafting and review.

With five children, Mr. Quinn is active in youth sports, having served as a board member and coach for the Trabuco Canyon Little League, and AYSO Region 630. He is licensed by the AYSO and the USSF as a coach and is currently active as a coach with the SC Athletic Soccer Club in Orange County, California. A graduate and monogram recipient from the University of Notre Dame, he is an avid follower of Notre Dame athletics, and is involved with the Notre Dame Club of Orange County.
