Tom Rizzuto is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP in its Binghamton office. During his 35 years+ of practice he has had a broad range of civil practice and currently in the areas of Residential and Commercial real estate representing both buyers and sellers. He also handles Corporation and LLC business formations as well as Purchase and Sales of businesses. He is actively involved in Estate planning including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney as well as Estate probate and Administration matters. Tom also practices Education Law and has been counsel for a local School District for 35+ years.

Tom has been active in community matters including serving on the Board of Trustees for the Union Endicott Education Foundation, the Board of the UHS Foundation and the Board of the Endwell Rotary Foundation.
