Thomas R. Needham

Tom Needham brings a wealth of personal injury trial experience to the Firm, having tried more than 150 plaintiffs’ personal injury jury trials to verdict in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas, obtaining many verdicts in excess of a million dollars. Tom has represented more than 4,000 individual clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters, aggressively pursuing claims ranging from simple negligence to premises liability, to complex products liability claims against major corporations, to medical malpractice claims involving catastrophic injuries or death -- always with the goal of obtaining the highest possible recovery for his clients. Tom has also appeared in courts throughout the United States in state mass tort actions and federal multi-district litigations involving dangerous medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Tom has also represented personal injury clients in more than 2,000 oral depositions, contested administrative hearings, contested civil hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Tom has handled appeals in multiple Texas Courts of Appeals, multiple United States Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United State Supreme Court.

Tom attended The University of Texas at Arlington for undergraduate studies before attending Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas, where he had the honor of serving as Editor in Chief of the Baylor Law Review before receiving his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude.

When away from work, Tom and his wife enjoy road trips and dog friendly activities along with their Border Collie and Dachshund.
