Tiange (Tim) Chen advises clients on cross-border capital market and corporate transactions, with a focus on de-SPAC and public M&A transactions. He counsels domestic and foreign issuers, underwriters, and investors on federal and state securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance issues affecting public companies.
