Biography

Tiffanie C. Benfer represents clients in all areas of employment discrimination, including issues related to race, gender/sex, national origin, pregnancy, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA as well as wage and hour matters under the FLSA. She also counsels employees and employers on employment, severance agreements, and non-competition agreements. Tiffanie has successfully brought and defended claims in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.

Prior to attending law school, Tiffanie served as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct at Georgetown University, where she was responsible for coordinating and overseeing student disciplinary hearings and supervising disciplinary sanctions. This experience has provided Tiffanie with unique insight into colleges’ and universities’ student conduct policies and procedures.

Tiffanie is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, the Labor and Employment Law Section of the ABA, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Bucks County Bar Association, where she has presented CLE programs on employment law, discovery of electronically stored information, and the use of social media in litigation.
