Tiffany Hull counsels her clients in developing an estate plan that best meets each client’s needs. Since each client and family is unique, she understands that estate plans will differ based upon the needs and desires of that client. Listening compassionately to clients and analyzing their assets are her first steps in developing a comprehensive plan. She also understands that she must explain each issue, option, and recommendation clearly in order for the client confidently to adopt a course of action.Tiffany is of counsel with the firm and a member of the Trust & Estates practice group. She focuses her practice on developing estate plans, particularly dealing with wills, trusts, and charitable giving, as well as the related gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; asset protection and wealth preservation; incapacity planning and healthcare-decision making; business continuation and succession planning. As a part of a client’s estate plan, she will create family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and other similar entities. She also provides compassionate and analytical estate and trust administration counseling.Tiffany’s peers have recognized her by naming her to be among Virginia Business Magazine’s (December 2004) Young Lawyer “Legal Elite,” as well as Virginia Super Lawyer Magazine’s Rising Stars from 2007-2009, and again in 2012.
