Tiffany Carisse Castleman-Smith

Tiffany graduated from Wesleyan University in 2004 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature. She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2010. While in law school, she worked full-time as a legal assistant in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office Crimes Against Children Bureau and also interned for the Honorable Justice Richard Price in Bronx County Supreme Court.

After graduating from law school, Tiffany became an Assistant District Attorney for Kings County District Attorney’s Office where she tried both felony and misdemeanor cases handling the prosecution of burglaries, arsons, felony assaults, and attempted murders. After serving as an Assistant District Attorney for several years, Tiffany joined the law firm of Russo, Apoznanski, & Tambasco (counsel for GEICO) as a trial attorney where she defended individuals in automotive litigation actions. In 2015, she joined the law firm of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman as a Senior Associate where she handled all stages of high-exposure litigation in automobile liability, premises liability, negligent security, construction defect, and labor law matters.

In 2019, she joined Giordano, Glaws & Fenstermacher, LLP, where her practice focuses on, automotive litigation, property damage, catastrophic injury, premises liability, labor law, and general liability litigation. Tiffany has experience litigating all aspects of complex high-exposure civil matters on behalf of fortune 500 companies small businesses, individuals, transportation companies, bus and transit service providers, common carriers, and public entities.

Tiffany is a licensed attorney in the State of New York, and is admitted to practice in before United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
