Tim Hill is with a small firm. Apart from his specialized knowledge in bankruptcy - an area which is not my field and upon which I will make no comment - he does civil litigation with primarily a small business clientele. His experience on very large files would be limited and the capacity of his firm to support him on such work would also be limited. But on a small-medium size matter, he does an outstanding job.
