Tim W. English, a distinguished graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, is a dedicated workers' compensation attorney serving clients across Northern California. With a comprehensive understanding of the complexities inherent in workers' compensation cases, Tim handles all aspects of the process, from navigating partially or fully denied claims to resolving disputes related to UR/IMR, QME selection, SIBTF applications, and 132a/Serious and Willful violations. Tim also assists individuals in resolving wage disputes with their employers at labor commissioner offices in San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, and Salinas. Additionally, Tim holds certificates in Employment Law and High Tech Law from Santa Clara University School of Law.

A proud native of San Jose, California, Tim is deeply engaged in his community, volunteering with organizations such as the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, which provides free or low-cost legal representation to immigrants, employees, and consumers in Santa Clara County. He is also an active supporter of the San Francisco chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Professionally, Tim is a valued member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association, where he serves on the Membership Committee and holds the position of Santa Clara County CAAA Chapter President.

In his leisure time, Tim finds joy in family activities with his wife and daughter, as well as outdoor pursuits like hiking, tennis, disc golfing, and exploring the region's renowned wineries.
