Biography

Tim Holland is one Michigan’s most successful and experienced premises liability lawyers, specializing in sexual assault and negligent security litigation arising from business negligence. Tim has litigated throughout Michigan, including winning cases in Detroit, Sterling Heights, Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Ann Arbor. In 2025, he recovered a $63 million dollar award among other notable verdicts and settlements.

He is a dedicated, determined and effective advocate for survivors of sexual assault, abuse and sexual violence in the workplace. He is compassionate, respectful and caring with the survivors who come to him for help and justice. Tim prides himself on pursuing systemic justice changes to make others safer as well as just compensation from the corporations and individuals responsible for the harm to his clients.
