Biography

Timothy C. Felice skilled personal injury civil trial lawyer dedicated to obtaining full justice for those who have been injured or killed because of the negligence of another person, company or defective product. Tim is passionate in his quest for full civil justice. He is not only an aggressive trial lawyer, but also takes the time to listen and get to know each client he is fighting for. Timothy Felice, is on the Board of the Palm Beach Justice Association and is a nationally sought after trial instructor.

Timothy C. Felice was born in New Rochelle NY in 1976. He spent 23 years in NY before he decided to get away from the cold.

In 1999 Tim became a permanent resident of Florida. After graduating magna cum laude in 2001 from Florida Atlantic University, he attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 2004. In 2005 Tim was admitted to the Florida Bar and licensed to practice before all Florida State courts, state appellate courts, and the Florida Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. Tim is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar, Florida Justice Association, and Palm Beach County Justice Association.

Timothy C. Felice currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Jessica and their three children.

Personal injury law is more than a job to Tim. “Fighting for injury victims and their families is something I was born to do,” he says. “I cannot see myself doing anything else.” Tim has recovered over 295 million dollars in verdicts, awards and settlements for injured victims and their families.
