Biography

Tim Kelly is a 1972 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. For 40 years, Tim has actively engaged in personal injury, commercial and contract litigation. He has practiced in the State and Federal Courts in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona and Tennessee. He has successfully completed over 300 jury trials. Tim enjoys an "AV" rating in Martindale Hubbell, and is listed in the Bar Register, a listing of preeminent lawyers in the United States, Canada and other countries. Tim is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers, ABATE, H.O.G., and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
