Timothy J. Chiappetta is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of toxic tort and insurance law, with a particular emphasis in asbestos litigation. Mr. Chiappetta has served as liaison counsel for asbestos cases filed in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, and his experience includes product liability and premises liability defense.
