Throughout his illustrious career, Timothy has obtained more than 150 verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars in favor of his clients. He has a notable history of handling cases that resulted in landmark verdicts, including the then-largest personal injury verdict against the City of Los Angeles. His representation of wrongfully discharged employees has led to record awards for emotional distress and contract damages. Additionally, his expertise in traumatic brain injury cases resulted in securing the county's largest verdict for a brain-injured teenage girl.

Education & Affiliations:

Timothy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Ca., where he graduated in 1978. Earlier, he attended Santa Clara University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1975 and was a recipient of the Jesuit Scholarship. Timothy's commitment to his alma mater continues as he serves as a board member of both the Loyola Law School Board of Overseers and the Loyola Law School Advisory Board.

Community Involvement & Pro Bono Activities:

Outside of the legal arena, Timothy actively participates in various community involvements and pro bono activities. He has been a longtime member of the Board of Regents of Loyola High School and served as an AYSO soccer coach for 17 years. Additionally, he was a Manhattan Beach Youth Basketball (MBYB) coach for five years and a Little League baseball coach for four years, further exemplifying his commitment to nurturing and supporting young minds.

Personal Life:

Timothy shares a fulfilling personal life with his wife, Nancy, with whom he has been married since 1975. They are blessed with four children, Matt, Tim, Danny, and Mary, and three wonderful daughters-in-law, Jackie, Danielle, and Megan, and son-in-law Ryan. The couple also takes pride in being grandparents to six beautiful grandchildren.
