Timothy P. Lynch

Timothy P. Lynch is a partner at Marasco & Nesselbush. Since 2010, Tim has devoted his practice to serving individuals suffering from personal injuries. He has successfully litigated, arbitrated, and mediated personal injury and medical negligence cases throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, achieving multiple seven-figure results and other exceptional outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Tim served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, working closely with Justice Robert J. Cordy. Thereafter, he entered the field of civil litigation, working for a Boston-based firm.

Timothy graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2007 and magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2010, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to the practice of law in the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island and District of Massachusetts. Timothy is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021.
