Timothy P. McArdle

Timothy P. McArdle, a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS*), is dedicated to guiding clients through the most important and personal aspects of family law. His practice focuses on matters involving divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence. Timothy approaches each case with skill, strategy, and compassion, working to protect his clients’ rights while helping them navigate difficult transitions with confidence.

With significant experience in hearings, trials, and motion practice, Timothy is well-versed in all stages of family law proceedings. He has handled a wide range of cases, including those with complex financial and custody issues, and is committed to tailoring his approach to the unique needs of each client. His background in discovery, case preparation, and settlement negotiation allows him to balance effective advocacy with practical solutions.

Timothy earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he was a staff editor for the Catholic University Law Review and a member of the school’s trial team. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Admitted to practice in both California and Maryland, Timothy brings over a decade of legal experience and a client-focused approach to every case he handles.
