Biography

I am a personal injury attorney at Cellino Law and a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Licensed in New York and Massachusetts, I focus on helping accident victims pursue full compensation. My practice includes car accidents, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, and other serious personal injury cases.

Early Background and Path to Personal Injury Law

I was introduced to the legal field early in life. Growing up in a family of attorneys, including my father, mother, and grandfather, I regularly heard about how insurance companies handled claims and the challenges injured individuals faced. Those early experiences shaped my perspective and led me to pursue a career in personal injury law.

While attending Suffolk University Law School, I worked as a law clerk at a large personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. I focused on gaining real-world experience from the start. After graduating and passing both the Massachusetts and New York bar exams, I began my legal career in Boston, where I represented hundreds of clients between 2017 and 2022.

Building Experience Across Two States

In May 2022, I joined Cellino Law in the firm’s Melville office. I now represent clients in both New York and Massachusetts, bringing experience from two jurisdictions and a strong understanding of personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.

A Family Legacy in Personal Injury Law

I come from a long line of personal injury attorneys. I am the son of Ross Cellino and the grandson of Ross M. Cellino, Sr. Growing up around the profession continues to shape how I approach each case.

I focus on representing injured individuals and holding insurance companies accountable. My work centers on helping clients move forward after serious accidents while making sure their cases are handled with care and attention.

A Trial-Ready Approach to Every Case

At Cellino Law, I prepare every case as though it may go to trial. This level of preparation helps strengthen each claim and puts my clients in a stronger position during settlement discussions.

Insurance companies recognize when a legal team is prepared to go to court. That preparation can influence how cases are evaluated and resolved.

Recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star

I was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2022 through 2025. This distinction is awarded to a small percentage of attorneys who have demonstrated strong professional achievement early in their careers.

This recognition reflects peer acknowledgment and my growing presence in the legal community across New York and Massachusetts.

Community Education and Public Presence

I am also involved in educating the public on legal topics. I have co-authored articles with Ross Cellino covering subjects such as updates to New York dog bite laws and what individuals should know after an accident.

I also take part in the firm’s outreach efforts, helping connect with people who may be searching for guidance after an injury.

Education and Licensure

I earned my Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2017 and hold an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University.

I am licensed to practice law in:

  • Massachusetts, admitted in 2017
  • New York, admitted in 2018

Serving Clients Across New York and Massachusetts

I work out of Cellino Law’s Melville office on Long Island and also handle matters in New York City and Massachusetts. I take the time to understand each client’s situation and build a strategy tailored to their needs.

At Cellino Law, I work closely with clients from start to finish, focusing on preparation, communication, and pursuing the compensation they deserve.
