We provide responsive and diligent representation in all aspects of employment- and family-based immigrant (green card), nonimmigrant, and naturalization and citizenship matters. We have extensive experience with PERM labor certification applications, National Interest Waivers, permanent residence petitions for professionals and multinational transferee managers and executives, Extraordinary Ability petitions for immigrant and nonimmigrant artists, musicians, and scientists, H-1B visas, L-1 visas, E-2 visas, O and P visas, and all aspects of family-based immigration including same-sex marriage petitions and family matters related to waivers of inadmissibility. We also represent individuals in removal (deportation) proceedings in Immigration Court and provide evaluation of possible immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
