Biography

Timothy R. Stevenson is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of toxic tort law, with an emphasis in asbestos and silica litigation. He also practices in business torts and commercial litigation with a particular emphasis in construction and surety law.

Mr. Stevenson has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and non-jury trials. His experience includes representation of owners, contractors, design professionals, suppliers, and sureties in private and publicly-funded projects. He has assisted in the prosecution and defense of mechanic’s lien actions, claims for contract funds, change orders, labor inefficiencies, delays, and other direct and indirect costs.

Mr. Stevenson represents manufacturers, suppliers, and construction clients in lawsuits involving claims for asbestos and silica exposure. He has been involved in various phases of litigation in hundreds of cases in southwestern Pennsylvania and throughout West Virginia.
