Biography

I am a sole practitioner and only take a limited number of clients a year. I do not employ associate attorneys or law students. If you hire me you get me, guaranteed. There are some firms where you meet the “old man” on the first day. You may believe you are hiring him, when the reality is that after your money has been collected you will never see him again and you are shuffled off to an underling who handles your case. That will not happen at the Law Office of Timothy S. Note. When your freedom is at stake it is important to know and feel comfortable with who is representing you. I do not take more cases than I can handle. The benefit to you is that when you hire me, I make sure that I am accessible to you. If you call my office I will generally call you back that same day.
