Biography

Tim Cory, an AV -rated attorney, has more than 30 years of experience in bankruptcy law. His practice focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. He is a former bankruptcy trustee in Nevada and is currently a court -appointed receiver in the state court system. Cory is also an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts.

In 1998, Mr. Cory was appointed as a panel Trustee before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and continues in that capacity.
