Timothy Tarr

Timothy Tarr joined the CGH team in 2025, but his roots in personal injury law go all the way back to 2013. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2017, he has dedicated his career to fighting for the underdog. His professional journey is diverse, spanning criminal defense, general civil litigation, and even liquor licensing, all of which have sharpened his legal instincts. However, his heart has always been in plaintiff’s personal injury work. During his time at Sturm College of Law, Tim realized his true calling was in the courtroom. As a standout member of the National Trial Team, he earned a Best Advocate Award and was a finalist at the McGeorge National Ethics Competition. These early successes laid the groundwork for a career defined by zealous advocacy and a commitment to fairness. For Tim, the most fulfilling part of his job is guiding people through the maze of the justice system during their most difficult moments. As a proud Colorado native, he feels a deep connection to the community he serves. When he isn’t in the office, Tim is likely in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and two children or cheering on his favorite hometown sports teams.
